Oh my heart, this wedding is an absolute favorite of mine. David and Colin live in Las Vegas, NV, but are both from Michigan (AND met in Vegas!). They chose Lions & Rabbits, an art gallery/community center, in Grand Rapids Michigan, to host their ceremony and reception. Not too long ago, this type of wedding was illegal and thank the stars it’s now accepted and it makes my heart so happy. This day was filled with so much emotion and plenty of tears (myself and my assistant included) and I left overflowing with happiness. We made a stop at the Grand Rapids Art Museum for some portraits just after the couple got ready in their suite at the Amway Grand Plaza and after the ceremony, we headed for a beautiful garden for a few more spring portraits of the two of them. Congratulations to the two of you, I truly enjoyed being a part of your beautiful celebration! 😘
